Quality Installation still counts!

'Today I'm talking turkey'.
Back to basic business facts and commenting on the plus side or the economic situation.

It seems that quality still counts for something, as even in these times of the economic downturn companies still want to use companies like us CDI Audio Visual to work in their premises to carry out both new work and maintenance.
While it is true to say that for the most part the domestic sector has slowed down from spending money on TV and Audio luxuries, the shrewd business has continued to maintain quality as the deciding factor when choosing an installation company.

Here we have set out to keep prices down to a reasonable level, while still retaining our core values, and enabling us to keep up the high quality standards that our customers are used to getting from us.

While it is true that some prices can and are lowered a little in lean times, it is imperative to keep a balance and keep value and quality on an even level, so as not to cause problems further down the line.
It is all too easy to try and beat every quote with a lower one, but what is it that will be cut out to do that?
Is it; time, materials, lower grade components, insurance?
There will be something that is reduced, that is for sure!

There are plenty of budget aerial installers out there, just look in the phone book.
But there are not many installers who are interested in keeping up the standards that should be met.
The 'cowboys' and the 'corner cutters' are out there, so beware!

In the long run, the job that’s installed properly will last and serve customers well.
That will mean a happy customer who comes back each time they need something new.
A new customer becomes a regular customer.
So I sign off today wishing you all a happy experience with your chosen company and hope to see you again when you are in need of something extra!

Regards

Phill
